ENGINEERS SOUGHT FOR WORK IN KYIV (some overseas positions may also be available)




A global company with an emphasis on social good seeks highly innovative and motivated Scientists and Engineers in R & D, Basic Science, and Engineering to join a multidisciplinary team in the following disciplines: Chemistry, Physics, Software, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering. Positions may include travel.

Engineer (Chemical and Physics) -- Role and Requirements:


• Mainly review and prepare test results and reports generated in laboratory
• Work with scientists and researchers in pertinent engineering development, R&D, and laboratory work with emphasis in new energy such as hydrogen and fuel cell development
• Provide technical advice/ response to internal and external parties
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements
• MS/PhD in Physics, Chemical, Materials,Electrical, or Mechanical engineering or equivalent training
• 3 years’ relevant experience in pertinent engineering development, R&D, and laboratory work with emphasis in hydrogen generating equipment and fuel cell development; in new energy or battery operation and diagnostics is an advantage; understanding of electrochemistry and PEM fuel cells
• Strong modeling and experimental skills for applying and developing electrochemical engineering models; hands-on, independent, self-motivated contributor, strong problem-solving skills
• Good experimentalist with judgment on design and data analyses
• Strong communication and customer service skills; Mature, proactive, and presentable
• Be analytical, detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS office, Labview , Solid works, Comsol and other equivalent software
• Good command of both written and spoken English


Software/Electrical Engineer -- Role and Requirements


• Partner with business users, IT groups and vendors to implement Fuel Cell Systems for Electrical Vehicles and Power Facilities
• Work with business users to generate analytic model and simulations, prepare specifications and resolve any requirement & technical issue.
• Work with architecture / infrastructure team to perform technical design and lab experiment for Automotive Battery systems integration
• Prepare and review design and implementation documents according to Software Development Life Cycle to ensure business, technical and operational requirements are met.
• Degree or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in electronics/manufacturing industry; Experience in power and energy storage systems to define optimal system solution for a particular vehicle architecture
• Additional skills of use in the laboratory include Labview and PLC programming, and experience with electromechanical actuation (valves, mass flow controllers, stepper motors, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of International product safety requirements
• Excellent communication, coordination and time management skills; Fluent in English
